Being a specialized technical services company we have gone to great lengths in training our engineers over time in key skills demanded by the challenges they face at client sites. We have also created specialized teams to focus and be experts in their areas. 

1. The Enterprise research and development team. 

This team focuses on Back office solutions, which include

2. The desktop team

This team specializes on faults often manifested at the desktop level and include printing solutions memory upgrades desktop OS issues as well as end-user Training. 

3. The Electronics team 

This team specializes in Component level repair of UPS monitors and Motherboards.

4. Logistics and help desk Team

This team offers logistics support to service delivery to ensure quick response to calls. The help desk team logs and track calls until they are resolved. They are all trained in customer service skills. 

Networking Options

TCE is one of the leading IT companies in the Networking arena with several installations and years of experience to show. Most of these installations have involved the following categories. 

  • Local Area networks (LANs) are relatively small installations with all the network points in one building. 
  • Campus LANS are small LANs in separated buildings or floors interconnected using fiber optic technology. 
  • At the top end of our expertise is in Cisco router (IP) connectivity and Voice over IP setups in Wide Area Networks. 
  • TCE has implemented several countrywide data networks. We have also enabled branch-to-branch Voice connectivity within the same organization thus saving on long distance telephone costs. 
  • TCE sets up Wireless networks where the computers or laptops are located within a small radius, and where the users need to be mobile within that location. 
  • TCE also offers Network service contracts in existing networks to ensure that they are operating at optimal performance at all time

With a wealth of experience and references to show we have faith that we shall be your reliable partner. We are proud to be associated with Cisco and Microsoft as a certified partner for their range of products and services. Today TCE is a market leader in office automation products like workstations, servers, scanners,Photocopier equipments, printers, Softwares as well as networking accessories. The majority of our business comes through our existing customer base, a clear indicator of our success in providing quality service and customer care.

From a modest beginning, the company has grown substantially and now comprises of qualified and highly motivated professionals working as a cohesive team whose main aim is to provide total customer satisfaction. At TCE, we do not simply sell hardware and then leave the customer to look after them.   • We already have a large distribution base, covering the country.
  • Our own outlets now numbering two will also be expanded to other major towns.

We already have service center where we provide after sales service like repairs, which is an added advantage also we are offering a complete mobile solution through our product offering making TCE a one stop shop for Office Automation needs. 

 Other Services

TCE has assembled a team of highly qualified and trained professionals to maintain the products they sell. These individuals are fully supported by readily available supplies for each and every model marketed by TCE since 2010. Under our service contract, preventive maintenance is carried regularly to ensure peak performance of our products and thus minimizing breakdown calls. Service calls are promptly attended to with, as far as possible time kept within shortest time of the call. TCE strongly believes in in – house training and conducts intensive technical training programmes. 

ICT Technical Services

ICT Un- availability occurs when the end user cannot carry out routine tasks due to a fault in a component of the ICT system. In most situations this happens at the desktop level and with end users. While the effect of this may be limited to those users, in situations where there is a chain process, a failure with one user will slow the entire unit. Contracting a quality service provider with agreed response times and expected service levels can reduce the loss associated by this. Training of the users also helps them resolve small incidents. With TCE you get all these services upon request.

History and Position to Date

The Timcage Enterprises (Msa) has been active in Kenya for the last 4 years, with trading units throughout Kenya. It is a well-reputed Company, and one of the Fastest Growing of its kind in the IT Industry. The Company first ventured into Office Automation in 2010, when it became among the KRA ETR Dealers in Kenya (Nairobi, Mombasa) and now it has established itself as a market leader in the Networking, IT Hardware and Softwares. With the growth in this industry coupled with the liberalization of the Software Vendors industry in Kenya. The company has two outlets at present, one in Nairobi, and one in Mombasa. it has access to the group’s network and large client base. This has helped TCE grow its corporate base. The company has a well-established name within the KRA and plays a pivotal role in establishing a decent market base for the distribution of Fiscal products.

The management team is highly motivated and committed to the growth potential of the business. All Existing units are running independently under the supervision of the management teams.
